5. SNOW MOON MEDITATION

(This short meditation allows you to connect with the moon and nature and your inner power and strength. Experience the benefits of visualization.)

 

 

You are lying in your bed and as you close your eyes you notice a full moon is beaming in your window. It is cold outside, a frosty layer covers your garden and you notice tiny snowflakes are beginning to fall under the light of the moon.

 

 

White light. White snowflakes. Breathe.

Imagine the white light of nature is surrounding you. You breathe it in.

You allow it to surround your belly.

Your baby breathes in the white light.

 

 

You say:

Mother Moon be near me,

White Water heal me,

Guide my small one to travel soon.

 

 

You close your eyes and dream of the white light as a blanket around you.

You see the face of Mother Moon on the blanket.

Large snowflakes make a pattern all around you forming a wall of light that spins gently.

You feel protected. You breathe. You feel your baby breathing.

You rest. You know the time is near.

 

Affirmation: Birth is peaceful and natural. Your body knows what it is doing.
